A tall white-gold palace at the base of a waterfall; the College of Enchantment. Sports a grand theatre, designed by the latest Headmaster; the Bards' College Home Office lies in the palace's enclave.

A bizarre tower dedicated to the magic of Illusion, powered by madness, driven by fear and surviving off of probability. The tower is invisible, and like the Roving Castle, may not stay in the same place too long.

Originally a massive temple to an ancient being, the Citadel serves as the College of Necromancy; from here the Grim Council also dwells and sets out on contracts.
